2. Biomass factories were born

To date, Thuan Hai has invested in building a chain of 10 factories producing and supplying rice husk pellets and chopped firewood to the market with an output of 1 million tons/year. Biomass Thuan Hai factories are present in 10 provinces: Thai Nguyen, Hung Yen, Quang Nam, Binh Phuoc, Tay Ninh, Dong Thap, Dong Nai, Can Tho, Vinh Long, fully equipped with equipment and machines. Necessary machinery serves high-intensity, stable, efficient production activities and ensures continuous supply for customers nationwide.

The highest output at the Can Tho rice husk pellet factory is currently 12,000 tons/month. Thereby cutting more than 1.6 million tons of CO2 into the environment by 2022 by converting energy from fossil fuels to biomass fuel. The total capacity of 10 factories is up to 1,000,000 tons/year. The factories are located in strategic locations, helping to reduce shipping time and costs to customers while helping domestic partner businesses achieve their goals of sustainable economic development.

3. Developing Biomass boiler technology

Not only stopping at providing a large source of biomass fuel to the market, Thuan Hai also aims to provide effective steam-heat solutions, optimizing costs and time for customers. Accordingly, Thuan Hai builds a comprehensive solution with Biomass boiler technology to create steam-heat energy for production activities. Biomass Thuan Hai boiler technologies used today include fluidized bed boilers, chain grates, and push grates with different advantages and operating mechanisms. Depending on the customer's needs, Thuan Hai installs and operates the appropriate type of boiler.

Biomass boilers bring high-efficiency thanks to special combustion technology. The boiler body structure can be a water tube furnace or a combination of water tubes and fire tubes divided into many to make the most of the heat generated during the combustion process.
