Last evening on January 27, 2024, the most highly anticipated event - the Year-end Party "Under one Roof" was held in the joy and gladness of all the staff of Thuan Hai everywhere gathered. The event was also attended by the members of the Board of Directors of Thuan Hai.

With the theme “Under one roof”, the programme recreates the period of 2023 with challenges, not less difficulties posed to each individual and department. But with a strong and fierce spirit, the Thuan Hai Team has created wonderful transformations, impressive growth figures, route to innovation, market-oriented development and general trends. The year 2023 is also an important milestone for the company to expand company's scale and competitiveness in the market.

To begin the evening, Mr. Pham Tran Dang Quyen - Deputy Director General of the Thuan Hai Company shared the achievements and difficulties of the past year. 2023 was a year of volatile and challenged for Vietnam and the world. Thuan Hai is not out of the context. However, the company has focused on improving solutions, improving quality, reducing costs and providing the best service to customers. At the same time, the Company is one of the largest enterprises in the country with an outstanding growth rate, up 12-13% from 2022. Sustainable salaries, long-term promotion path for the growth of the workforce to 2,200 workers. The total salary fund is more than VND 430 billion.

To get these proud successes is due to the effort of a strong, dynamic, creative team that dares to cope with the changes of the times. The Deputy Director General, on behalf of the Board of Directors, expressed his deepest appreciation to the company's Staff. After the meaningful and emotional speech by Deputy Director-General Pham Tran Dang Quyen, the members of the Board of Directors went to the stage for the Champagne, together with 1200 Staffs to raise their congratulations and begin the party.

The night of the party was full of vibrant and colorful performances with perky spring songs from the departments, the sweepstakes, worth up to VND 20 million. The music, the fun and the enthusiasm of all the guests created a great place for the party night.
