Iguacu is a million-dollar project invested by one of the five largest commercial corporations in Japan, the instant coffee factory has a total capacity of 16,000 tons of finished products/year. Under the B2B operating model, Iguacu has become the leading coffee supplier in the Chinese and ASEAN markets.
Cooperating since 2021, Thuan Hai has accompanied the factory to operate 2 fluidized bed boilers running in parallel with a total capacity of 60 TPH. In particular, Biomass is used as rice husk pellets and chopped firewood as fuel. Since then, the Iguacu factory has cut emissions by more than 95%, equivalent to 34,000 tons of CO2/year, saving fuel costs up to 98 billion/year. At the same time, it creates a stable source of steam energy to serve production activities.
